3. Enter your mobile number to begin the sign-up process
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit shall be collected per individual upon successful online registration:
S$100 for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents holding a valid Singapore driving licence OR S$200 for foreign nationals (Employment Pass, S Pass, or Dependant's Pass holders) holding a valid Singapore driving licence. Payment will be made via credit or debit card at registration.
Please note that the security deposit requirement for foreign nationals holding a valid EP, S Pass, or Dependant’s Pass has been revised from S$500 to S$200. This change applies to newly registered users.
The security deposit amount may be revised by Tribecar at its sole discretion. Such revisions shall generally apply only to new registrations. Members who registered prior to this policy update and paid a security deposit of S$500 shall continue under their existing arrangement unless otherwise notified in writing. Any review or adjustment of existing deposits shall be at Tribecar’s absolute discretion and shall not be automatically applied.
The security deposit shall be refunded upon the successful termination of the Hirer’s account, subject to full settlement of all outstanding charges, penalties, or obligations under the Agreement.
