You must be
- Be 18 to 65 years old, and
- Meet one of the following:
Singapore Citizens - Valid Singapore Driving Licence (Class 2B / 2A / 2 / 3A / 3)
- Valid debit or credit card
Non-Singapore Citizens - Valid Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, or Dependant’s Pass (DP) with at least 6 months’ validity
- Valid debit or credit card
- Valid Singapore Driving Licence, or a converted foreign licence recognised by Singapore Traffic Police
Is there a minimum driving experience requirement?
- Yes. You must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Drivers with less than 2 years’ experience and/or is less than 23 years old may be subject to additional account approval, and/or additional terms and conditions. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
Non-Singapore Citizens:
If you recently converted a foreign driving licence:
- You will be classified as a new/probationary driver.
- A 30% new driver surcharge will apply.
- This classification ends after 2 years of holding your Singapore driving licence.
