If you see this notice when attempting to make a booking, it means we are still waiting for certain documents from you.
First, please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for a Document Reminder email from us (sent via noreply@tribecar.com).
1. If you are able to log in but cannot make a booking, you may be required to upload the following:
- Proof of Residence (POR); Must clearly show the letterhead, your full name, residential address (matching your NRIC/SingPass), and a statement date dated within the past 3 months (from the resubmission date)(refer to sample below). Acceptable documents as Proof of Residence can be the following:
- Electronic Bills or Bank Statement
- Physical Bills or Bank Statement
- Letters from government bodies
- Letters from regulated insurance companies
- Official letters from educational institutions
- Note: The back copy of your NRIC is not a valid POR.
- Front copy of your NRIC; It should be a colored copy with all details visible
- Click here to email us the requested document(s), and you may expect a response from us within 1-7 working days

2. If you are able to log in and make a booking but do not see the Start Trip button, you are required to upload the following:
- Selfie: Take a new selfie with the Tribecar car plate clearly visible.
- Ensure your mask is off.
- The car plate must be visible in the photo.
- Refer to the sample provided for guidance.
- Submit the photo here or via the link in the Document Reminder email.
After submission, please call us using the Need Help button available on your Today’s Booking page for assistance.
