This error may happen when you start charging while the engine is on and then turned off mid-way during charging.


What you need to do:

1. Restart the charging process by:

i. Removing the charger

ii. Plug in the charger again

iii. Start charging on app


You may also experience a disruption for 3 minutes if you press the door unlock (either using remote or pressing the unlock button at the door). Please wait for about 3 minutes and the charging should auto-restart.
