Motorcycles require more frequent servicing than cars, with service intervals typically ranging from 1,000 km to 2,000 km. As such, it is not uncommon for a motorcycle to be due for servicing during your booking period.
If the motorcycle is approaching its scheduled servicing mileage, please help us keep the motorcycle in optimal condition by bringing it to our authorised workshop before the mileage exceeds 200 km beyond the service interval stated in your booking email or on the service sticker located under the seat.
The servicing process typically takes about 15 minutes. To thank you for your time, you will receive a complimentary 1-day rental voucher for a future booking upon completion of the servicing. To receive the voucher, please email a copy of the servicing chit or invoice to support@tribecar.com for verification and processing.
Regular servicing helps ensure that our motorcycles remain safe, reliable, and well-maintained for all users. Timely servicing is important to prevent unnecessary wear and damage. Hirers may be held liable for any damage or repair costs resulting from overdue servicing.
