Amendments to bookings are not allowed. If you need to amend your booking, please cancel and make a new booking.
To cancel, login and head over to the Bookings tab > click Options > View Booking and tap on the red "Cancel" button. The cancellation policy is as following:
Amendment / Cancellation less than or before 24 hours will incur 80% rental charge.
Amendment / Cancellation equal or between 24 to 48 hours will incur 50% rental charge.
Amendment / Cancellation more than or after 48 hours will incur $0.88 cancellation charge (inclusive of GST).
Festive Period Exception: > For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance during the festive periods listed below, a 20% rental charge will apply instead of the standard $0.88 fee.
- Applicable Festive Periods (2026):
- Chinese New Year (16 to 18 February 2026)
- Hari Raya Puasa (20 to 22 March 2026)
- Christmas (Date to be announced)
- 2027 New Year (Date to be announced)
In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown before your collection, a refund or replacement may be given to you. In the unlikely event of breakdown during your reservation, the remaining hours will be refunded as credits to your account.
