For every 15 minutes block (or part thereof) that you are late, you will be penalized S$10 (before GST) and we will compensate the next hirer (who will be waiting for you) for S$5 (before GST). Note, if festive charges apply, the late fee per block will be S$10 (before GST) or the festive charge, whichever is higher.
Hirers are also allowed to cancel their booking for full refund on the various scenarios if the previous hirer is late. Do refer to the following table for more information:
