Please write to us at support@tribecar.com to request a termination form.
Once completed, kindly mail the signed form back to our office* for processing. The account termination process and refund may take up to 45 working days from the date we receive the completed form.
Your Security Deposit is refundable upon successful account termination, subject to all outstanding charges being fully settled. Refunds will be credited via PayNow to the bank account linked to your NRIC. Please ensure your NRIC is registered for PayNow before submitting your termination form to avoid delays
Please note that e-wallet credits are non-refundable.
Should you wish to use Tribecar again in the future, please contact us and we will be happy to assist with your account reactivation.
