You may unlock the vehicle after you have ended the trip to retrieve your items.


On Tribecar app:

Account page > Under the recently ended booking, select "Unlock to retrieve item". The vehicle will be unlocked for 3 minutes before it auto-relocks.


On Tribecar website:

Bookings page > Booking Details > Scroll down and select "Retrieve my items". The vehicle will be unlocked for 3 minutes before it auto-relocks.


If you are still having issues locating the buttons, you may make a separate booking for an hour to retrieve the item or switch off the headlight. Write to us at support@tribecar.com and we will refund the booking. However, if you did drive during the booking, we are unable to reimburse you. Alternatively, if you see the next hirer, please seek for his/her assistance.
