If you find the cleanliness of the vehicle you've booked unacceptable, follow these steps:
- Take photos of the vehicle's cleanliness before and after washing
- Take a picture of the official wash receipt
- Email the photos to support@tribecar.com
- You can claim up to $20 for the wash reimbursement and receive a 1-hour waiver for either your current or future booking
Please note that we reserve the right to decline any claim if there are excessive washes within a short span of time.
