The "Start Trip" is only enabled on the start time of your booking. Click on the "Start Trip" button and a blue lamp above the driver door handle will blink when the door is unlocked. Your trip will start based on the timing you booked.
Please use the "Need Help" button to contact us for assistance if you still face unlocking issues. We will troubleshooting or provide you with a replacement vehicle. If you opt to leave the premises and only notify us via email@example.com, you may not receive any refunds of the booked vehicle.
