The "Start Trip" button is only enabled at the start time of your booking. To unlock the vehicle:


1. Click the "Start Trip" button.

2. A Blue LED light (located near the driver's side dashboard or door) will blink to indicate the door is unlocked.


If u still face unlocking issues:

A: Please use the "Need Help" button to contact us for assistance. We'll troubleshoot or provide a replacement vehicle. If you opt to leave without contacting us via the "Need Help" button and only notify us via support@tribecar.com, you may not be eligible for refunds for the booked vehicle.
