If you need to use the rental vehicle beyond your original booking period, you may extend your booking only if the vehicle is available for the additional hours.
To extend your booking, click the “Extend Trip” button in your booking and indicate the number of hours you wish to extend. Once the extension is successfully processed, please ensure that you have received the Booking Extension Confirmation email before assuming your booking has been extended.
Combined Extension Limit:
To ensure fair usage, extensions are permitted up to a maximum total trip duration of 12 hours. Within this 12-hour limit, you may make multiple extension adjustments, subject to vehicle availability. This includes any combination of:
Picking up early – moving your booking start time earlier
Extending your return time – moving your booking end time later
Need the vehicle for more than 12 hours?
If you require the vehicle for more than 12 hours in total, you may make a separate back-to-back booking for the additional time, subject to the vehicle's availability.
Important: Extensions cannot be made after your booking has ended. Please process your extension before your current booking end time to avoid any issues.
