If the PIN fails or is not generated in the app, please reach out to our Support Team immediately via the "Need Help" button available on your Current Booking page for assistance. Our team will assist you in generating a new PIN so you can proceed with refueling without delay.


⚠️ Important:

  • If the PIN fails after 4 attempts, the fleet card will automatically be locked.
  • Should the card be locked, you will need to refuel the vehicle at your own expense and pay the refuel cost first.
  • Submit the proof of receipt to support@tribecar.com to receive the appropriate reimbursement to your Tribecar E‑wallet.
  • These workarounds are only meant for extenuating circumstances. Claims may be denied if this process is used regularly for indirect benefits.
