Attraction tickets will be sent separately via email (typically within the hour but may take up to 3 days for some exclusive attractions) if the booking is successful.
Unsuccessful bookings may happen to a very small number of orders and may be caused by any number of reasons, including urgent sales closure by the attractions, technical issues with travel interconnect systems, and etc.
