There will be a pre-authorisation hold of $200. You will not be able to Start Trip if you cannot perform this hold and we are unable to help to Start Trip for you.

If you are using a Credit Card, this reduces your credit balance. However, if you use a Debit Card, this amount will be deducted immediately when you confirm your booking. The fee will be automatically released back to you within 7 - 21 working days depending on the payment gateway/bank and this is beyond our control.

If you are unable to complete the authorization hold, there will be no refund or partial refund for the booking. This is so even if the booking was utilized partially or not utilized at all. Any cancellation or amendment will be subject to existing cancellation and amendment policy.
