If you notice any new damage to the vehicle during takeover, please take clear photos and upload them via the mobile app or send them through WhatsApp before driving off. Tribecar will review and investigate accordingly.
Due to the nature of car-sharing, minor or hairline scratches, dings, and dents comparable to the size of a 50-cent coin will generally not be considered for investigation. However, this does not apply to damages involving the headlamp, taillamp, or windscreen (e.g. cracks or chips), which must always be reported.
