Tribecar believes that both car owners and the hirers share the same responsibility to keep the vehicle as clean as possible. We understand that vehicle cleanliness is subjected to each person’s preference. Due to the nature of car-sharing, it is inevitable that cleanliness might not be as expected. Vehicle cleanliness should be based on taxi standards. Do note that small amounts of trash, sands or dirt that can be removed by shaking off or vacuuming will not be considered as unacceptable.
Should the condition of the car's cleanliness be unacceptable, please take a photo of the vehicle before driving off and provide the image to us with a timestamp indicating the time of event. Upon completion of verification and assessment, a penalty fee will be applicable.
