In the event of a negative e-wallet balance (i.e. the Hirer owes Tribecar payment) without future bookings and the balance stays negative for 72 hours or more, Tribecar will charge the Hirer's credit/debit card, together with an additional admin fee (according to our Payment Gateway Fee; see T&C 4L) at a minimum of $1, to zero the e-wallet balance.
Should Tribecar not be able to charge the Hirer's card, Tribecar may then deduct the amount owed by the Hirer from the Security Deposit before assisting with an account termination.
