In the event of a negative e-wallet balance without future bookings that stays negative for 72 hours or more, Tribecar will charge the Hirer's credit/debit card, along with an additional admin fee, according to our Payment Gateway Fee. (see: Terms and Conditions 4L), to bring the e-wallet balance back to zero.


This may happen alongside other actions, such as the cancellation of future bookings if they would cause the e-wallet balance to become negative (see: Terms and Conditions part 4h), or the suspension of membership within 24 hours after a suspension email is sent if there are no future bookings to offset the negative balance (see: Terms and Conditions part 4i).


If we are unable to successfully charge the Hirer's credit/debit card, Tribecar reserves the right to deduct the outstanding amount from the Hirer's Security Deposit prior to processing the account termination.
