Please look for the vehicle at the designated deck & lot of the car park. A map with the details to the location can be found on your Booking Confirmation (via email) and Account page (after logging in).

Do also check if you have received any notifications on your Account page as the previous hirer may have parked at a different deck/lot. You may wish to check on the floors above and below the designated deck too.
