Yes, you may start your trip earlier than your scheduled booking time if the vehicle is available before your booking begins.
To request an early pick up:
Open your booking in the Tribecar app.
Tap the “Pick Up Early” button.
Select your preferred earlier start time.
Confirm the request and wait for approval.
If the vehicle is available and your request is approved, your trip will begin at the new start time.
Please ensure you receive the confirmation in the app before starting your trip.
Important notes:
• Early pick up is subject to vehicle availability
• Additional charges apply for the extra usage time
• Requests must be made before your original booking start time
• If the vehicle is still in use or unavailable, early pick up will not be approved
Combined Extension Limit: To ensure fair usage, each booking is capped at a maximum of 3 successful adjustments in total. This includes any combination of:
Picking up early (moving the start time forward)
Extending your return (moving the end time later)
