Tribecar provides 24-Hours breakdown and emergency service at no extra cost to the Hirer if the Vehicle suffers a breakdown or is involved in an accident.

If you experienced a punctured tyre during your trip, you may change the tyre to a spare one (from the boot) temporarily and drive to our authorised workshop for a tyre replacement. If you require onsite assistance instead, please note that there will be a tyre replacement cost and an onsite service fee.


Should it be due to wear and tear, charges will be borne by Tribecar.
