If you find that the fleet card in the vehicle you booked is damaged or missing upon starting your trip, please report the incident to Tribecar through the booking page. The previous hirer will be charged a fee (refer to our fines list). If you are aware that the fleet card is damaged or missing but did not report to Tribecar, you will be liable for the replacement fee.
