If you accidentally forget to use the Tribecar fuel card when refuelling and have already paid for the fuel, simply retain the original fuel receipt.
After your trip, please email a copy of the fuel receipt to support@tribecar.com. Once verified, the reimbursement will be credited to your Tribecar e-wallet.
Please note that this reimbursement process is intended only for exceptional circumstances where the Tribecar fuel card cannot be used. Claims may be declined if this arrangement is used repeatedly or for personal benefit.
