Tribecar provides 24-Hours emergency service at no extra cost to the Hirer if the Vehicle suffers a breakdown or is involved in an accident.

Please note that accident reporting must be done within 24hrs of the time of occurrence. Otherwise, insurance may be void.
Please take clear pictures of the vehicle damages and the scene of accident. Check for independent witnesses (bystanders) and kindly ask for their contact details. You may also have them write down what they saw during the scene.
Take note if any party apologizes/accepts responsibility and notify us of this information.
