Tribecar provides 24-Hours emergency service at no extra cost to the Hirer if the Vehicle suffers a breakdown or is involved in an accident.


Please press the Emergency button (via the Need Help button on your Account page) to reach our Emergency Hotline.


Please take clear photos of the accident and damages (including our vehicle and the third party's vehicle) and the scene of accident. Ask for details of the third party (Name and contact number). Check for independent witnesses (bystanders) and kindly ask for their contact details. You may also have them write down what they saw during the scene.


Take note if any party apologizes/accepts responsibility and notify us of this information.


Please note that accident reporting must be done within 24hrs of the time of occurrence. Otherwise, insurance may be void.


You are required to extend your booking until accident reporting is completed. When there is an accident, the Hirer is required to pay for the Loss of Rental from the time of accident (or from the end of the original booking, whichever is later) until the time the car is repaired and returned to the designated parking location of the Vehicle. Please note that promotional rates may not be applicable.
