Certain vehicle models may require a minimum refueling of 6 liters for the fuel gauge to respond. We recommend all hirers to refuel with at least 6 liters each time for all vehicles.
While not mandatory, this practice is strongly advised to ensure that all hirers can return the vehicle without the reserve fuel indicator light on and avoid any fuel penalties.
In general, vehicles with digital fuel gauges require a one-time refueling of at least 6 liters for the gauge to register when the fuel indicator light is on. Watch the video here for more information!
Tip: Refuel when starting your trip to give the fuel gauge sufficient time to register! Before ending your trip, take a photo of the dashboard with the fuel receipt visible and upload it along with your end trip photos!
