1. Can I pay my Security Deposit via PayNow?
Yes, for full memberships! During the sign-up process, when you reach the Security Deposit Payment Page, you can now choose between PayNow or Credit/Debit Card.
Note for Trial Accounts: If you are signing up for a Trial Account ($5 deposit), PayNow is currently not available. Please use a Credit or Debit card to complete your registration.
2. How do I pay using the PayNow QR Code?
Select PayNow as your preferred payment method.
A pop-up will appear displaying a unique QR code.
Tap the button to Save the QR Code.
Important: Your device will ask: "Allow Tribecar to access photos and media on your device?" Select Allow to save the code to your gallery.
Open your preferred banking app, upload the saved QR code from your gallery, and complete the transfer.
3. Why does Tribecar need access to my photos/media?
This permission is required only to save the PayNow QR code directly to your phone’s gallery. This makes it easier for you to "Scan & Pay" within your banking app without needing a second device.
4. How do I know if my deposit payment went through?
Once you have completed the transfer in your banking app, return to the Tribecar app. You will see a confirmation prompt stating: "Payment was successful." Your account setup will then proceed to the next step.
