This means that the previous hirer did not manage to pump sufficient fuel before returning the vehicle.


Fuel Compensation

To prove that the fuel indicator lighted up (suggesting low fuel) upon vehicle collection, please:

1. report the issue (by clicking on Issue Report on your Account page) within 15 minutes of your Start Trip time 

2. take a photo of the vehicle's dashboard upon starting the ignition which shows the fuel indicator lighted 

 

After investigations, should we confirm that the previous hirer indeed did not return the vehicle with sufficient fuel, we will write to you to provide a compensation of S$25 for the extra fuel pumped during your trip.


Please ensure that you return the vehicle with sufficient fuel for the next user!

The following penalties will be imposed if the hirer has committed the following (inclusive of GST):


Returning the Vehicle with the Reserved Fuel Warning Light Illuminated (First Offence – Non-Fuel-Included Category)

$38.15 

Returning the Vehicle with the Reserved Fuel Warning Light Illuminated (Second Offence – Non-Fuel-Included Category)

$70.85
